Credentialing Coordinator

Adrienne Boozer joined PBI in 2008 and serves as Credentialing Coordinator.  She maintains the credentialing and re-credentialing of PBI’s providers, including completion of payer applications, contracts, and reviewing provider files for appropriate documentation required for the credentialing process.  She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
