Tom Levins: President / Founder
Mr. Levins was the Administrator of a large hospital-based radiology group when he began Professional Billing, Inc. (PBI) in 1987. Since then, the company has grown into one of the premier billing companies in the southeast, servicing over 100 clients in three states. Mr. Levins and his wife Monique are now living in Northwest North Carolina and Montgomery, Alabama.

David Levins: Vice President
David has been with PBI for over 10 years, and has the unique experience of learning the nuances of the billing business from his father, Tom. As a CPC certified coder, he continues to ensure that PBI maintains its high level of accuracy and integrity. He is now in charge of the day to day management of PBI, and is married to Greta. They have two children, Hannah and Mario.

Bentt Spear: Director of Finance
Bentt has been with PBI for over three and a half years. He brought with him a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as 4 years banking experience. Bentt is in charge of the day to day financial operations of PBI.
